"How High" is the first track from Project Traction, a mentorship program created to combat gender inequity in the recording studio by providing women and non-binary musicians opportunities to hone in their skills and become life-long producers and audio engineers. The track was produced by Emilie Basez of Austin, Texas-based World band Ley Line and musician/producer Jim Eno of Spoon, and features Nnedi Agbaroji of electro-groove band Trouble in The Streets.
